- You will first need a saucepot on low.
- Add 4 Tbsp of olive oil and 5 crushed garlic cloves to the bottom of the pot.
- Next wash 3 chicken legs (whole with thigh), cut off fat at the end, and add to pot.
- Add 1 lb of sausage links and 1 lb of ground beef.
- Cook meat until it is golden brown.
- Add 1 tsp of sage and 1 Tbsp of parsley to meat.
- Do not drain meat.
- Add six 6oz. cans of tomato paste. Then fill the six cans with water and add the water to the pot.
- Add two 29oz. cans of tomato sauce (add another if pot allows). Add 1 inch water to each 29oz. can, swirl, and add water to pot.
- Next add 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 Tbsp of pepper.
- Let sauce come to full boil.
- Last add 1 cup of 1% milk.
- Keep all mixed.
- Let simmer for a minimum of 2 hours on low. Keeping pot covered and stirring occasionally not to let sauce burn.
