  • You will first need a saucepot on low.
  • Add 4 Tbsp of olive oil and 5 crushed garlic cloves to the bottom of the pot.
  • Next wash 3 chicken legs (whole with thigh), cut off fat at the end, and add to pot.
  • Add 1 lb of sausage links and 1 lb of ground beef.
  • Cook meat until it is golden brown.
  • Add 1 tsp of sage and 1 Tbsp of parsley to meat.
  • Do not drain meat.
  • Add six 6oz. cans of tomato paste. Then fill the six cans with water and add the water to the pot.
  • Add two 29oz. cans of tomato sauce (add another if pot allows). Add 1 inch water to each 29oz. can, swirl, and add water to pot.
  • Next add 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 Tbsp of pepper.
  • Let sauce come to full boil.
  • Last add 1 cup of 1% milk.
  • Keep all mixed.
  • Let simmer for a minimum of 2 hours on low. Keeping pot covered and stirring occasionally not to let sauce burn.
